SIEGEL'S CONTINUING GUARANTEE: Where you buy is as important as what you buy, and Siegel's takes care of it's own ! The following guarantee applies to every suit, sportcoat, tuxedo, or slack sold by Siegel's. All alterations are without charge--FREE ! Your garment will be kept in good repair by us for as long as repairs are possible, including lining or pocket repairs, as well as button or zipper replacement. If you gain or lose weight and your garment no longer fits you properly, simply send it in with your new measurements and we will do our best to re-fit and re-alter. No matter how long ago the garment was purchased from us, send it in for service by our expertly trained tailors ! Please note that we do not reweave or re-cut the garment. Holes, tears, or burns requiring reweaving must be taken by you to a weaver. Also, California state law requires that your garment must be dry-cleaned before our tailors can work on it.

PAYMENT TERMS: Siegel's requires payment for all goods and services at the time the order is accepted, unless the purchase is a Lay-away sale. All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Checks, online ACH check transfers, cashier's checks, money orders, and traveler's checks are accepted in American Dollars only, with certain banking restrictions. If you use a credit card, please be sure to provide your complete and exact credit card billing address along with the exact telephone number associated with the credit card being used. Siegel's ships to the billing address for the credit card that is used. Inaccurate or incomplete information will delay the shipment of your merchandise. Please note that with a payment by personal check or online ACH transfer, Siegel's must wait a minimum of 12 business days before beginning to process the order. A $25.00 Returned Item Charge will be payable by the customer to Siegel's for any returned check or AC H transfer. Siegel's also offers a Bank Wire Transfer service for our customer's convenience, for expedient cash transactions over $110.00. Very large transactions may require a bank wire or bank draft.

Siegel's does not extend any form of customer credit, installment payment terms, or in-house credit under any circumstances. Any offers to purchase including purchase orders, and/or any type of procurement document must be accompanied by an acceptable form of payment before the order leaves our facilities.

All online credit card orders take place in "real time" which means that when pressing the "PURCHASE" button on our order form to place your orders your credit card is immediately and electronically charged.

We take all major credit cards, checks, and wire transfers, online or offline!

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All orders placed must be placed in U.S Dollars only and must obtain verification pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Many International Credit Card Issuers will not provide sufficient approval for us to ship some orders, in which case an e-Check (Electronic Check), International Money Order, Travelers Checques, or a Bank Wire Transfer will be necessary to complete the order.

TAXES: For orders shipped to California addresses or for orders personally picked up in any of our retail stores, by law we are required to charge 9.50% California State Sales Tax on all clothing and accessories. Shipping fees are not taxable. You will not be charged California State Sales Tax for orders sent outside California.

SHIPPING: Shipping and handling charges are added to all clothing and accessory shipments. Siegelís ships world wide using, United Parcel Service-Signature on Delivery, FedEx-Signature on Delivery, United States Postal Service-Signature on Delivery and Airborne Express. Overnight delivery is available. Please note that Siegel's can only ship to exact street addresses, and cannot ship to post office boxes.

APO address or FPO address orders require special handling and must be placed by telephone. All FPO and APO orders will be shipped by a trackable shipping method such as express shipping, and this method may increase your shipping fees.

IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: For all orders placed for shipping outside the Continental USA, since all International shipping charges are calculated based on the actual and complete International street delivery address, not just the City and/or Country, an additional International shipping charge will be calculated and charged to YOU, the purchaser, receiver of the order, which is YOU our Customer, by Siegel's/Zootsuitstore.com. The exact International shipping charge cannot be calculated until after your order has been placed, and will be charged to YOU, the purchaser, receiver of the order, which is YOU our Customer, before the package(s) leave our USA facilities, as we are required by the International shipping/delivery companies to pre-pay the shipping charges and add them to your invoice. We are not allowed and do not pay any International duties, import taxes, impound charges, or other fees charged by your country. Again, any International duty, import taxes, or any other fees which may charged to YOU directly by your Country are solely your responsibility as the purchaser and receiver of the package(s), and are not pre-paid by Siegel's/Zootsuitstore.com. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY: Siegel's Clothing Superstore strives to insure that our customers receive only the highest quality service and merchandise. However, we realize you may occasionally need to return or exchange an item. To insure credit for your returns or exchanges, please do the following:

    1. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. WE WILL ACCEPT AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF MOST ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER THIS AUTHORIZED RETURN PERIOD.

    Call Siegel's Clothing Superstore at (415) 824-7729 for a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (R.M.A.) NUMBER. Your return must be received by Siegel's Clothing Superstore within 10 days from the date the R.M.A. number is issued.

    2. To insure that an exchange can be made or that a credit can be issued, all items must be returned in ORIGINAL condition,as determined by Siegel's Clothing Superstore. All manufacturer's tags, brand attachments, price tags, as well as all product materials and information, etc. must be in ORGINAL, unaltered condition. Do not tape or deface manufacturer's original cartons (see #3). Returns received in other than ORGINAL condition will be assessed a minimum of a 15% restocking fee (Any Return or Exchange can be assessed a minimum of a 15% restocking fee, at the discretion of Siegel's Clothing Superstore). SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

    3. Pack all items to be returned in a sturdy shipping carton (you may use the original shipping carton, if you wish, only if it is not damaged and in ORIGINAL like sturdy condition). Print the RMA number on all 6 sides of the shipping carton. Note: Cartons without an RMA number will not be accepted and refused at our warehouse. Ship returned items back by the most convenient means. We strongly suggest that you ship using an insurable method. Please enclose a copy (you keep the original) of your sales receipts along with a note explaining exactly your concerns.

    4. You must ship your returns to this address only:

    5. Credit for returns are normally processed within 20 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. Credit will be applied to the credit card used when the original order was placed. In the event your order was paid by check, money order, or by bank wire transfer, a refund check will be mailed to you at the address to which we shipped the order.

    6. Siegel's Clothing Superstore is not responsible for merchandise damaged by customer misuse or disregard, or by failure to follow washing and/or cleaning instructions.

    7. "Siegel's Continuing Guarantee" applies to all merchandise purchased from Siegel's Clothing Superstore and it's Internet Web Sites. Since all Made-to-Order clothing is covered by this "unbelievable" guarantee, Made-to-Order clothing is not refundable.
