To find the product that you would like to purchase, either use our Search Engine located near the bottom of our Tool Bar on the left, or use the catagory Buttons on the Tool Bar.
Click on the "Order" button to put the selected item into your shopping cart.
To continue shopping, click on the "ShopMore" link under your Order Form and return to Step 1 until you have all of the items that you wish to purchase in your shopping cart. To check your shopping cart at any time, simply click on the "Checkout" button on the left Tool Bar, located towards the bottom of the page. Note: Due to the secure nature of our web site, to continue shopping, please do not use the "Back" button on your Browser, or you will empty your shopping cart and have to begin shopping again.
Once all of the items you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart you are ready to checkout. If you are not already on your Order Form page, simply click on the "Checkout" button on the left Tool Bar to return to your Order Form to view all of the items in your shopping cart.
Once you are back at your Order Form page, before you proceed further you will need to have two items:
The next set of directions are the same regardless of which payment method you choose. You will be asked a series of questions which you will be required to answer:
If you will be ordering and paying "Online", you will then be directed to the Order Details Page for your complete total showing all of the items in your shopping cart as well as any sales taxes applicable (only if you live in California), and your shipping charges. After reviewing your order for accuracy, please print out a copy of your order for your records. Then click on the "Continue" button and you will be directed to Siegel's Electronic Payment Center, which is a very simple online payment page. After you have paid for your purchase, you will electronically receive a receipt and order confirmation by e-mail.
If you will be ordering by Telephone, Fax or Mail, you will be directed to Siegel's Offline Order Form, which will be completed with all of the information that you have previously entered, completely totaled up including any applicable taxes and shipping charges, ready for printing for either mailing, faxing or telephoning.
