In the event of any dispute, entries will be deemed have been submitte by the owner of the email address from which the email was sent.

3. Contest Period: Contest period is from March 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008. All entries must be received by the Deadline to be eligible to win the prize.

4. Prizes: Prize will be a $100.00 Gift Certificate to either Siegel's Clothing Superstore, Siegel's Tuxedo Shop, Zootsuitstore.com, or Swingtunes.com. This award has a value of $200.00. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT ORALL SHIPPING, HANDELING,AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH DELIVERY OF ANY PRIZE WHICH WILL NOT EXCEED $30.00 WITHOUT THE WINNER'S CONSENT. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fourteen (14) days after delivery of notificatication will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes aNo substitutions or exchanges(including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. 5. How to Enter: Entries must be completed and received by Siegel's Clothing Superstore by Signing up and ent contest at www.zootsuitstore.com/win. Only one entry per person per contest accepted. Each contest begins as a new contest, and thus, all entrants must enter each contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. To enter, complete the web sign up to enter form. The winner will be notified via the e-mail address included on their bidder account. No phone, mail-in, or entries other than online will be accepted. It is not necessary to be present in order to win the prize. All entries become the exclusive property in their notification.

General Release: By entering the Contest, you release Sponsor, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all inability causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, misdelivery,acceptance, possesion use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

8. Selection of Prize: The prize is exactly a $100.00 Gift Certificate and $100 in Cash. The recipient of the prize will absolutely not be able to exchange, transfer, or change the make up of the prize. Sponsor in its sole discretion may vary the prize from photos or descriptions used in print, radio or television advertising, and
